Scotia Moore is the founder of 31 Connections, an organization dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among individuals, communities, and organizations for the common good. With 25 years of nonprofit experience and a background in arts and advocacy, Scotia is committed to amplifying diverse perspectives, fostering trust, and promoting equitable collaboration. Her expertise spans philanthropic consulting, nonprofit program design, and community voice facilitation, ensuring that programs and services are informed by those they impact most.

In addition to her leadership in the nonprofit sector, Scotia is an accomplished storyteller whose collaborative projects have earned two Emmy nominations. She has been a dedicated advocate for underserved communities, working with organizations such as SALLT, Shiloh Adventures, Stronger Together, and Flourish OKC.

A Maryland native, Scotia has spent the past 16 years in Oklahoma, where she continues to empower communities and champion initiatives that drive social impact. Beyond her professional work, she finds inspiration in her family, creative arts, and the power of collaborative storytelling to bring about meaningful change.
