Sara Walker grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, where she developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for values-driven leadership. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a GIANT 5 Voices certification.

Sara is driven by a strong commitment to public service and a passion for supporting underserved communities. She finds fulfillment in mentoring others and helping them build the confidence and skills needed for leadership. Her approach focuses on investing in people, creating growth opportunities, and prioritizing their success.

Influenced by Brené Brown's philosophy that "clear is kind," she values honest communication. This principle, along with her dedication to advocacy in education, health, and human services, shapes her leadership style and defines her success in terms of her lasting impact on individuals and communities.

Outside work, Sara enjoys traveling, reading, and finding humor in a great comedy series. She cherishes adventures with her husband and their three children and has a talent for seamlessly incorporating movie quotes into conversations.
