About Jennifer O'Brien

Jennifer O'Brien (JOB) was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she spent 37 years immersing herself in the community and its culture. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma, which was the foundation for her dynamic career. With more than seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, JOB discovered a passion for roles that provide variety and present new challenges daily. Her adaptability and love for dynamic environments led her to freelancing in 2022. Today, she defines professional success as approaching her work with contentment, freedom from anxiety, and the capacity to support others.

JOB draws inspiration from influential mentors such as David Schurmann, a former supervisor who helped her embrace her late-life ADHD diagnosis as a superpower. This perspective has fueled her passion for neurodiversity education and inclusion in the workplace. She is dedicated to helping others see the strengths in their differences and showing organizations how to harness individuals' unique talents to drive innovation and success.

JOB has a wide array of hobbies that connect her to her community and bring her joy. For over 15 years, she has been a proud regional Audi/Volkswagen car club member covering Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. She loves music, gaming, and attending live concerts.
