Culture Modernization

Organizational culture is the foundation of every successful transformation. GTN has developed an intentional culture model, informed by more than a dozen HHS leaders in the spring of 2023. This model emphasizes four core elements essential for fostering a national culture in HHS: being Human-Centered, Outcomes-Driven, Relationship-Focused, Trauma-Informed, and Hope-Centered.

GTN partners with HHS agencies to cultivate a resilient and intentional organizational culture that prioritizes these foundational elements at every level. Our proprietary Human-Centered Culture Model provides a blueprint for building systems that work for people. We engage leadership and staff in intentional, inclusive processes that foster trust, unlock workforce potential, and reduce organizational burnout. To achieve this, we utilize comprehensive culture diagnostics, customized training programs, strategic storytelling, and ongoing culture support.

By transitioning from a focus on compliance to relational excellence, our model helps agencies replace outdated, hierarchical systems with adaptive, mission-driven operations. This change cultivates a culture where employees are re-energized, decisions are made with urgency and implemented quickly, clients are treated with dignity, and outcomes are measurably improved.
