About Sarah Sears

Sarah has built a life and career around visionary design, including deep work in design thinking for government. Her revolutionary approach to embracing human centered design and development of a 'design thinking continuum' in human services has the promise of centering agency culture around the people that agencies are intending to serve. This continuum also leverages the idea that those with lived experience should have over-weighted influence on the systems as they are transformed.
