About Samantha Galloway

Samantha Galloway has dedicated her career to the human services field. As the former Deputy Director of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Samantha has deep knowledge and experience in the program divisions within the largest agency in the state. Her passion for serving individuals with developmental disabilities built a multi-year strategy culminating in braiding $174MM in funding to eliminate the state's developmental disability waiting list. She was also instrumental in the closure of the state run institution model, standing up a community model to serve Oklahoman's with developmental disabilities. She also brings transformational experience in child welfare services, early childhood and safety net programs, among others.
