Ashley Marker is a content strategist and instructional designer with over a decade of experience in enablement, customer success, and knowledge management. With a background in creative writing, she believes that the power of a good story can make the most complex ideas accessible and uses a narrative-driven approach to learning design. She has worked across AI, insurance, and government sectors to develop structured, outcome-driven, and human-centered training programs.

Ashley holds a Professional Certificate in Instructional Design from Emeritus and a degree in Creative Writing from Oklahoma Christian University. When she’s not creating courses, you’ll find her reading, writing, adopting stray animals, or riding her bike.
